Information on this site

The content on this website is general information about our work. It isn't an offer to carry out any job and it isn't professional advice for your particular project. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can't promise that it always will be.

Quotes

Sending an enquiry through this website, by WhatsApp, phone or email doesn't create a contract. Any work is agreed separately with you, based on a quote we give after we've seen the job. That agreement sets out what's included.

Photos and content

All the photos on this website show our own jobs. The text, photos and logo belong to Moldova Builders or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Links to other websites

This site links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp. We aren't responsible for their content or how they use your information.

Our liability

We aren't liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Using the site properly

Please don't misuse the website, for example by trying to get unauthorised access, introducing viruses or sending false enquiries.

Your information

How we handle the details you send us is explained in our privacy notice. Our own pages set no cookies; the Google map loads only with your consent. See our cookie notice.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
